There is over 1,000 square feet of living space down there that we had to finish off. We decided to go with something a little different for the basement floor and that was to go with a stone finish floor which is really outdoors like and very much fits with our theme of a outdoor room, indoors. The basement has turned into a man room of sorts which is really my goal. The wife didn’t want me to do that, but you know what? It was my space to begin with!
